Absolutely pone of the best home related experiences I have had. Oscar quickly returned my first inquiry and promptly set up a visit to give an estimate. He used good tech to get the sizing estimates as well as walking the roof. The estimate was delivered the following day via email explaining the inspection with photos, measurements and an estimate that related directly back to the data he gathered during his inspection. We made another meeting to discuss the estimate. The rest is history , as we say. His workers and he showed up on time the day we scheduled and professional every step of the way. Oscar is an expert and works with the homeowner to fully understand each fee and how the process works and was available every step of the way! I highly recommend this fine company!

It literally doesn’t get better. We purchased a dated home that desperately needed a roof before move in. Not only was Oscar and team incredibly fast. We’re in and out with no trace, as if nobody was even there (except a new roof of course). I’ve never had a roofing job, or construction job for that matter where the foreman kept me updated, every step of the way. Literally from when they showed up. Every step along the way, and when they left. He provided pictures and videos as they went and was just all around the most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Oscar and his crew were very quick to respond to an emergency call when a tree limb damaged our roof in a late June storm. They assessed the damage and secured the roof to prevent leaking once they determined there would be no danger to the occupants. The bill I got for that service and the quote I got for repair and ultimately replacement of the roof were both very fair and well itemized. Oscar was excellent about helping with product choice and with communicating time lines and progress, sending photos along the way. He and his crew were respectful and courteous to the tenants and left the work zone tidy and free of debris. I can't think of anything they could have done better - they were outstanding!

As a reputable company, we have our own trailer which is where we collect the old materials, such as roofing components, gutters, siding, windows or any replacement we are making. We handle everything for you. In addition to gathering all the old materials, our team makes sure to clean your property thoroughly once the project has been completed. We use roofing magnets to gather all those small, pesky nails so that your children and pets are safe too. Our cleaning process is meticulous and our goal at the end of the day is to make sure everything is just as clean as before we started our project.

During our 20 point inspection, we will let you know about the state of your gutters and downspouts, if we see that they are in good condition, then you have nothing to worry about. However, if it turns out that your gutter system does in fact need replacing, then we’d let you know and suggest doing so along with your roof installation. Since this will be easier for us as well as for yourself, it can be overall more economical as the labor costs will be slightly lower.
